These Spicy Seasoned Crackers are it! Toss mini saltines in seasoning and allow to sit overnight before baking at a low temperature. Serve these spicy, irresistible bites at room temperature for an easy party hit.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 envelope Good Seasons dry Italian dressing mix
  • 1/2 Tbs. crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 Tbs. dried dill
  • 11 oz. package mini saltines

Instructions

  1. In a large, deep container, whisk together oil, lemon juice, Italian dressing mix, red pepper flakes, and dill. Add crackers and stir to coat.

  2. Cover container with an airtight lid (or tightly with plastic wrap) and allow to sit for 18-24 hours, shaking two or three times to continue coating with seasoning.

  3. Preheat oven to 250F. Pour crackers onto a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.

  4. Store for up to a week in an airtight container at room temperature.
