Parmesan & Garlic Roasted Sweet Potatoes are a savory take on a traditionally sweet side. Parmesan, garlic, and Greek seasoning are tossed with sweet potatoes and roasted for an easy fall or winter side dish.

  • 3 c. diced sweet potatoes 1/2-inch dice (from 2 sweet potatoes)
  • 2 Tbs. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. Greek Seasoning Spice Blend


  1. Preheat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

  2. Toss all ingredients in a large bowl until sweet potatoes are coated. Transfer to prepared baking sheet and spread into a single layer.

  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until sweet potatoes are starting to brown but are soft inside. A fork should easily spear a piece.

  4. Remove from oven. Serve hot.
