Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. chipotle chili powder
  • 1 tsp. ground allspice
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 Tbs. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbs. cayenne
  • 2 tsp. onion powder
  • 2 tsp. dried thyme
  • 2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 2 tsp. dried parsley
  • 2 tsp. light brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. In a bowl or jar, mix all ingredients until combined. Store in an airtight jar or container in a cool place.

This recipe makes about 1/2 a cup of seasoning, or 8 1-Tbs. servings
